Our regular power, high power and ultra-high power Graphite Electrode, using high-quality petroleum coke, needle coke, coal tar pitch and other raw materials, after calcining, crushing, sieving, batching, mixing-kneading, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization and machining with compact and uniform structure, good electrical and thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, strong anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion at high temperatures, widely used in electric arc furnaces and ladle furnace for steel making, also used for smelting yellow phosphorus, industrial silicon, brown corundum and other alloys and non-metallic materials on the furnaces.Our high-performance graphite electrodes are engineered for durability, efficiency, and versatility in steelmaking, metallurgy, and electric arc furnace projects. Designed with advanced graphitization technology and premium carbon materials, these electrodes ensure superior electrical conductivity, stable operation, and low power consumption. Applications
Graphite electrodes
1. Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) Steelmaking
Graphite electrodes are the core conductive material to generate ultra high temperature electric arcs for melting scrap steel in electric arc furnaces. This is the largest application of graphite electrodes.
2. Ladle Refining Furnace (LF)
Used in secondary steel refining furnaces to heat and refine molten steel, adjust temperature and chemical composition of the steel.
3. Ferroalloy Production
Applied in submerged arc furnaces to produce ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochrome and other ferroalloys.
4. Yellow Phosphorus / Calcium Carbide Production
Used in submerged arc furnaces for manufacturing yellow phosphorus and calcium carbide (acetylene stone).
5. Nonferrous Metal Smelting
Used for smelting nonferrous metals such as copper, nickel and titanium in special electric furnaces.
6. Other Special field Applications
Used in electric furnaces for producing silicon metal, graphite products, corundum and other high temperature materials.

Precautions for use:
1. When selecting electrode diameter for steel making, please refer to electrode current capacity.
2.Graphite electrodes should be protected from rain and snow during transportation and storage. Before use, they must be dried.
3.Graphite electrodes should be handled with care during loading, unloading, and transportation to protect the threads and prevent damage.

4.Before connecting the electrode, the electrode socket thread must be blown out with compressed air, and then the nipples and the electrode should be tightened.
5.The electrode lifting device of the electrode should not shake during operation to prevent the nipples from loosening and tripping.
6.The electrode holder must not hold the electrode near the nipple socket.
7.When charging the furnace, a large steel block should be placed at the lower part to prevent the material from collapsing and breaking the electrode during melting.
